James Larson, President
James has been in the business of optimizing customer experience, as well as driving operational excellence and innovation for more than 30 years. James’s background spans manufacturing, supply chain, product launches, and sales in a variety of global and domestic settings. His passion is building a positive work environment with high-performing teams that relentlessly create value. James leads Cass on a path of sustainable improvement that is scalable for growth.
Jason Churness, Director of Operations
Jason joined Cass in 2023, bringing over 25 years of world-class operations experience to the director of operations role. He has a variety of experience ranging from contract manufacturing, low volume/high-mix assembly, sheet metal fabrication, product reconditioning, and new product launches. He has a strong understanding of lean/continuous improvement concepts and tools used to drive increased capacity, improve material flow, and reduce customer lead times. Jason has worked with and managed QMS, ISO9001, ISO13485, and AS9100 quality systems and processes. He has demonstrated a solid track record of applying lean and quality systems to the manufacturing processes that add the most value to our customers.
Sarah Schreiner, Director of Finance and Administration
Sarah has served in leadership roles at companies in the manufacturing industry for over 25 years in the areas of accounting/finance and human resources. At Cass, she oversees the financial health and well-being of the Company, and serves the employee population by helping make Cass an outstanding place to work. Sarah’s passion is big picture strategic planning that drives company improvement objectives. She puts that passion into action by being a go-to person to work collaboratively with people to make improvements that support long term results.
