Our Leadership Team
Jason Churness, President
Jason joined Cass in 2023, bringing over 25 years of world-class operations experience to the director of operations role. He has a variety of experience ranging from contract manufacturing, low volume/high-mix assembly, sheet metal fabrication, product reconditioning, and new product launches. He has a strong understanding of lean/continuous improvement concepts and tools used to drive increased capacity, improve material flow, and reduce customer lead times. Jason has worked with and managed QMS, ISO9001, ISO13485, and AS9100 quality systems and processes. He has demonstrated a solid track record of applying lean and quality systems to the manufacturing processes that add the most value to our customers.
Amy Baffi, Human Resources Manager
Amy has been part of Cass Precision Machining since 2017 and leads the Human Resources department, focusing on building a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace. With a strong background in HR and a PHR certification, Amy drives initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture. Amy is passionate about building a strong team to create an environment where people feel valued and connected.
Brady Bjorgaard, Director of Operations
Brady joined Cass in 2025 and brings 25+ years of manufacturing experience and a proven track record of operational excellence to Cass. He started his career as a mill machinist and has since served in a variety of leadership roles at various companies. Brady’s approach centers on collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement. He is passionate about streamlining processes, enhancing team performance, and driving sustainable growth. Brady is known for adapting quickly and delivering results that support the strategic goals of an organization.
Patrick Doyle, Director of Sales & Marketing
Patrick joined Cass in 2025 bringing more than two decades of experience leading sales, marketing, and customer engagement teams across precision manufacturing, logistics, and service industries. He has held leadership roles where he developed best-in-class sales and marketing processes, built and executed go-to-market strategies, and led high-performing teams that delivered outstanding results. Patrick has a track record of leading efforts to expand and diversify customers and industries, while emphasizing exceptional quality and service that customers expect.
Sarah Schreiner, Director of Finance & Administration-Cass and Business Unit Manager-Micro-Fab
Sarah joined Cass in 2020 and has served in leadership roles in the manufacturing industry for 25+ years in the areas of Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain and Business Unit Manager. At Cass, she directs the financial health and well-being of the Company, and is the Business Unit Manager of Micro-Fab, a Division of Cass. One of Sarah’s passions is long-term strategic planning that drives company improvement objectives. She puts that passion into action by being a go-to person to work collaboratively with others to make strategic and financial improvements in support of long term, sustainable results. She serves the employee population by helping make Cass an outstanding place to work, and works relentlessly to cultivate a positive, people-first culture. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on long walks with her family dog, Ozzie.
