With hydrostatically supported quills creating a non-wearing Z-axis, the MS22-8 excels in complex geometries and multi-process machining applications.
To further expand our capabilities, Cass has added a C.R. Onsrud C-Series CNC router, now operational at our Brooklyn Center facility. Known for its high-speed machining and rigidity, this platform allows us to efficiently process large-format components and flat stock with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. This capability enables precision routing across a wide range of materials, including HDPE, polycarbonate, ABS, carbon fiber, and other composites. It is particularly well-suited for applications in aerospace, electronics, and industrial equipment where consistency, surface finish, and tight tolerances are critical.
