At Cass Precision Machining, we believe that we have a responsibility to make the world better. In addition to providing a great working environment, we prioritize community involvement to show thankfulness and appreciation for all that we have.
Annual Community Involvement Examples
On a yearly basis, Cass hosts a food drive to benefit North-Suburban Emergency Assistance Response (NEAR), a non-profit volunteer organization. NEAR provides food relief to residents in the north-suburban Minneapolis community. They receive support through a cooperative effort of area churches, businesses, and civic organizations.
In November 2023, Cass donated 3,010 pounds of food and $5,018 in cash to NEAR as part of our annual food drive.
Cass also provides support to Rise, a non-profit organization founded on the belief that everyone deserves opportunities to achieve meaningful growth and live a purpose-filled life. Their programs in Minnesota and Wisconsin take a whole-person approach, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible through supportive access to employment, housing, and life-enrichment services.
Another non-profit organization that Cass supports is the Mango Community Family Farm. They aim to build community through education, food accessibility, and modeling appropriate stewardship of land and water resources in Haiti.
